Scottie Schneider is the founder of Ocóyái, an indigenous-guided mentorship community in Colombia focused on helping people build lives where healing is sustainable — not just experiential.
A West Point graduate, former entrepreneur, and veteran advocate, Scottie’s work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, community building, ancestral wisdom, and life transition. Rather than promoting peak experiences, he speaks about preparation, integration, responsibility, and the long-term path of living the medicine.
Through ongoing relationships with Indigenous elders and traditions connected to Murui, Siona, Nutabe, and Wiwa communities, Scottie explores how language, cosmovision, and community structures shape healing in ways modern wellness often overlooks.
His goal is simple: help people move from chasing experiences to building lives that reflect what they’ve learned.
